On Saturday, 5th November St Alban’s Parish, Wallasey, were delighted to celebrate with Philip Dudley his 50th anniversary of serving on the altar. He became an altar server aged 11 and has continued to serve the parish ever since. In honour of his wonderful achievement he was presented with the Beni Merenti medal by the parish priest, Fr David Long.
