Please pray for Frank who died peacefully on Tuesday 7th February after a long period of illness.
Frank served the Diocese generously in a number of different roles particularly as financial advisor.
He audited and presented the Diocesan Accounts for many years on behalf of PKF. From 1988 he was a member of the Diocesan Board of Finance and Planning.
He helped set-up and establish IFM in 1994 and SDCC in 1998 and was very involved in both these Companies until he retired in 2009.
From 2006 – 2009 Frank was the first lay Diocesan Financial Secretary and also Trustees Minutes Secretary. Frank was appointed to the Board of Trustees on his retirement in 2009.
Frank was also very involved in Parish life and was an active member of SVP.
Frank was awarded the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice in May 2009.
Frank’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated at English Martyrs Church on Tuesday 21st February at 12 noon followed by cremation at Landican. (Please inform Fr Philip Moor if you intend to concelebrate.)
